MASTER RCM SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

Terms of Service & Operational Mandate

Standard Engagement Governance // Effective Across All Provider Contracting

// 1. Scope of Revenue Cycle Services

Medavyn RCM provides end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management, including clinical charge entry, NCCI edit validation, electronic claim scrub and transmission, ERA/EOB payment posting, patient ledger balancing, multi-tier denial appeals, and legacy accounts receivable liquidation.

// 2. Service Level Commitments (SLAs)

All active client engagements operate under measurable, audited operational performance warranties:

  • Same-Day Charge Capture: 100% of received provider clinical encounter sheets are coded and entered within 24 business hours of receipt.
  • Denial Interception: Rejections are parsed and routed to appeal queues within 12 hours of ERA 835 batch ingestion.
  • Mathematical Ledger Parity: Daily deposit lockboxes are reconciled against posting batches to guarantee $0.00 unapplied cash.

// 3. Statutory Prompt-Payment Enforcement

Where permitted by applicable state and federal law (including ERISA § 502 and state-specific Prompt Payment Acts), Medavyn RCM monitors payer aging and executes statutory demand notices with interest calculations.

// 4. Non-Disclosure & Non-Circumvention

All fee schedules, provider NPI rosters, payer contracts, proprietary appeal templates, and operational matrices are held under mutual non-disclosure obligations (NDA).
